Product: Portable Folding Workbench

Warranty Coverage:

Built-Tuff LLC (“The Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that this Portable Folding Workbench (“Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the Product.

Warranty Period:

This limited lifetime warranty is valid from the date of purchase and extends for the lifetime of the Product, provided that the Product is used in accordance with the instructions and for its intended purpose. Product must be registered by the Purchaser within 30 days from date of purchase to activate the limited lifetime warranty.  Warranty card will be provided with the instruction sheet to register the Product. Warranty issues concerning Products not registered within the 30 days will be left up to The Company’s discretion on resolution.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

• Damage caused by use of accessories or attachments not sold by The Company.

• Alterations or modifications to the Product.

• Damage resulting from accidents, unauthorized repairs, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:

1. Contact Built-Tuff LLC customer service at admin@built-tuff.com

2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).

3. Describe the defect and provide photographs if possible. For product replacement or refund, photographs and/or video demonstrating the full extent of damage or defect will be required.

Company’s Obligations:

Upon verification of the warranty claim, The Company will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective Product.

• Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product.

• Refund the purchase price of the Product. Refunds, if given, will go back to the original form of payment.

Please contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back.  No credits of any kind will be offered without such authorization.

Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser. Purchaser determines suitability of all product usage and assumes all risk and liability. The Company’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

State Law Rights:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Built-Tuff (the "Company") offers conditional refunds or exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase and a [warranty] registration has not been completed, a Return Authorization Number (RNA) is required for any return or exchange. Please contact our customer service department to obtain an RNA before returning your item. Pictures and/or videos may be required to prevent rejection of the return or exchange. Returns without an RNA will be refused. All returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. The Company will notify the purchaser by email once the returned item has been received and inspected, informing them of the approval or rejection of the refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

- The returned item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

- The item must be in its original packaging.

- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The receipt of refunds will vary depending on the purchaser’s bank or credit card processing times.

Shipping:

The purchaser is responsible for paying all shipping costs and restocking fees for returning the product.

Warranty:

All returns or exchanges are at the discretion of the Company and must be pre-approved by our customer service department. (See product warranty for further details.)
